Creative Doodling workshops are an opportunity to take part in an introductory dive into the world of doodling.

Explore the benefits of doodling and a different drawing approach. It’s not about planning the end picture, it’s not about planning ahead. It’s about making a shape and expanding on this to see where you can go with it.

The more you focus on building up this relationship with shapes the better able you are to calm your thoughts and help facilitate a mindful approach. This process is the key step towards whit it feels like to meditate.

During the workshop we will look at simple shapes and lines and how they interact with each other to make and overall form and picture.

We will explore how doodling can enable you to focus and find your switch off button. I hope that throughout the workshop we will be able to work together to produce our own large doodle of the day. Encouraging team working while enabling each individual’s identity to shine through.

Hopefully once the workshop is over, you will feel that you can give doodling a go, with a bit more insight as to how it can facilitate meditation.
